Consultation​

The Consultation Committee for Programming and Strategic Monitoring of the Programming Documents for the programming period 2014-2020 was established by the Council of Ministers Decision on the 12th of March 2014.

The Consultation Committee is chaired by the Permanent Secretary of the DG for European Programmes, Coordination and Development within its competence as the National Body for the European Structural and Investment Funds in Cyprus. Members of the Committee are all the stakeholders involved in the Programming Documents, including Organisations representing Local Authorities, institutional economic and social partners and non governmental organisations.

The role of the Committee is purely consultative. The Committee may provide suggestions/ recommendations regarding the content of the Programming Documents of the period 2014-2020 as well as for future modifications of the Partnership Agreement. The Committee will be informed about the implementation progress of the Programmes.
